Apex ROI Group LLC helps HVAC businesses uncover missed revenue. This policy covers our website, discovery-call bookings and communications with people interested in our services.
Information and use
When you book or contact us, you provide information such as your name, email, phone number, appointment details and any additional information you choose to share. We use that information to arrange your call, respond to you and manage our business relationship. Our booking and communication systems also process communication and text-consent records. Service providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
Access and sharing
Apex's owner manages access to your information. We use HighLevel for booking and communication services and Google Workspace for business email. These providers process information to support those services. We do not resell your information. We do not provide your mobile number or text-message permission to other businesses for their marketing or promotional use. Text-message consent is specific to Apex and is not transferable to another business's messaging program.
Cookies and technical information
Our website and booking pages run on HighLevel. The platform and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and protect these features. Our website also loads Cloudflare’s performance-measurement tool, which helps measure page loading and reliability. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect some website or booking features.
Information handling and security
Within Apex, access to booking and communication information is limited to the owner. HighLevel and Google Workspace also process information to provide the services described here. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information through our booking form.
SMS appointment messages and opt-in
Apex ROI Group LLC uses this SMS program for confirmations, reminders and schedule changes about your discovery-call appointment with Apex. These are appointment messages only, not promotional texts or messages sent for other businesses.
To opt in, select the optional appointment-text checkbox on our booking form. The checkbox is not selected in advance. Providing a phone number or submitting a booking alone does not give SMS permission. You can leave the checkbox unchecked and still book a call; SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment, reminders and any scheduling changes. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Reply STOP to the number that sent the text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact [email protected] for support.

Your choices
Booking a call does not automatically sign you up for text messages. Appointment texts are optional. You can decline them and still book. If you choose texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. To change or cancel your appointment, use your booking details or email us.

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. Records needed to honor an opt-out or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained.
